Tank Linings - January 2015

Our application company, Composite Industrial Group (CompositeIndustrial.com), has completed a lot of tank linings throughout the Great Lakes Region.  Belzona® offers a number of different products for lining tanks so we always have some questions to ask to make sure we prescribe the proper solution for your specific application.  Composite Industrial Group is NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) certified and has an impeccable safety record.

A company in Louisville has said they are going to stop fabricating exotic metal tanks, go back to carbon steel and coat them with Belzona® (inside and out). This provides a complete encapsulation of the substrate and will stop any degradation of it.  These coatings have proven they can last indefinitely.  Belzona® has been in business since 1952 and has applications worldwide to support longevity.  This particular customer in Louisville has decided they can save their customers a lot of money and a lot of headache by using Belzona® solutions.

Time sure does fly, 35 years have gone by

On January 11, 1980 Rumford Industrial Group was incorporated, becoming the Great Lakes Region distributor for Belzona polymeric repair compounds and industrial protective coatings.
